Peter Wilson, Creative Director

Internationally acclaimed director, writer, producer and puppeteer,  Peter has worked in over 60 theatrical productions including  "The Hobbit", "Theft of Sita" and "The Fall of Singapore". He has toured internationally with many productions to cities including New York, Tokyo, Doha, Kuala Lumpur,  London, Paris and Beijing.

Peter was Director for the 'Sydney 2000 Olympics Opening Ceremony', The 2006, 'Doha Asian Games', The '2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games' and more recently as Director for 'Colours of Malaysia' from 2007-2009.

Peter had his first book published in 2004 'The Space Between'. He established the first puppetry training school in Australia at the VCA in 2004. He has been the recipient of many awards including the highly regarded Australia Council Creative Fellowship, the Sidney Myer Artist of the Year Award and Victorian Arts Centre Creative Fellowship.
